Visitation

Visiting hours are between 7pm-9pm, usually for 15-30 minutes, depending on the patient's condition. The overnight emergency doctor is attending hospitalized patients as well as incoming emergencies and is, as a rule, not available for consultations during visitation hours. Should there be any change in your pet's medical condition during the night a doctor will contact you. Occasionally, due to work schedules or other extenuating circumstances, we understand that these hours may be impossible for our clients to adhere to. Please speak to a hospital representative if you feel that other arrangements need to be made. Allowances are also made for those clients who have critically or terminally ill pets.
